Hey, I’m Andrea. I’m really glad you’re here.
I’m a nurse, certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, wife, and mom based in Oklahoma. More importantly, I’m someone who is living this lifestyle too. I am not coaching from the sidelines. I am doing the work right alongside my clients.
I know what it feels like to be exhausted, stuck, and frustrated with your body. I also know how powerful it feels when your energy starts to return, your clothes fit better, your confidence grows, and your health markers improve. I have helped women lose weight, reduce inflammation, feel better in their skin, and improve their overall health without extreme diets or unrealistic expectations. The progress comes from consistency, balance, and habits that actually work in real life.
My focus is women’s health and lifestyle coaching, especially for busy women who have spent years putting themselves last. Women who want to feel confident again, have more energy, and finally create routines they can stick with. I also work with men and have seen incredible results there too. The common goal is always the same. Building a sustainable lifestyle that fits your life, not one that takes it over.
